Egg Pasta & AlgeaFood

- 230 g of flour grade “O”
- 2 eggs
- 30 ml of water
- 3 pinches of AlgeaFood
- Kind of pasta: tagliatelle and spaghetti
Sift together flour and AlgeaFood. Make a mound and scoop a well in the middle. Following add the eggs and stir until the dough comes together.
During this stage add some water until the dough is soft and pliable. This might take a few minutes. Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough on a hard surface until fine.
Fold the dough on itself so that you can see three layers on the long site.
With a sharp knife cut fine slices from one side to the other.
