- 600 g of meal type “0”
- 450 g of water
- 1 pinch of AlgeaFood
- 8 g of baking powder
- 5 g of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
Preheat oven to 200 C. Sift together flour, baking powder and AlgeaFood and slowly combine water, a bit of salt and sugar.
Knead until it reaches a rather hard consistency. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise till double in volume (about 45-60 minutes).
Put into a loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes at 200 C.
Remove the bread and allow to cool on a rack, before slicing.
